Recruitment Procedure

On receiving the manpower requirement from our clients, our team analyses and starts the sourcing process

The suitable CVs are screened by our in-house QC team to ensure the suitability of the prospects meeting specific needs of client.

These prescreened candidates are contacted for verification of documents, such as qualification certificate, experience certificate, passport and all other related documents. This process is done by inviting the candidates to one of our branch offices close to the domicile of the candidate

Prescreened candidates are then directed for Trade Test Centre to evaluate their technical skills, witnessed by one of our Engineers.

Based on the grade obtained during the Trade Test, the CV of the candidate, and a detailed evaluation report from our QC dept., are forwarded to the client for approval.

The successful candidate will reach the mobilization stage – all final checks such as medical examination conducted at one of the facilities authorized by the relevant Embassy, PCC(Police Clearance Certificate) and Visa/NOC requirements will be completed.
