Foundation & Purpose
Tradesmen was founded by Sh. Kumar Ranjan Mohanty, a visionary leader who recognized the growing demand for skilled manpower in the Middle East construction industry. Established on 15th September 2009 and officially registered on 19th September 2012, our mission was clear from the outset:
To support the infrastructure and industrial growth of the Middle East by mobilizing skilled Indian manpower across various sectors.
Empowered by a recruitment license allowing the placement of 1,000+ workers with no upper cap, Tradesmen has established itself as a trusted leader in efficient, ethical, and high-volume recruitment solutions.”
Humble Beginnings
From day one, our vision was clear: to become a reliable source of skilled and semi-skilled manpower across multiple industries. What began as a small operation quickly gained momentum as we responded to growing demands in key sectors — namely Oil & Gas, Civil & MEP, Facility Management, and Hospitality & Health Care.

Key Milestones
2009 – Our First Office
We established our first office at:
Dattani Plaza, Units 508–510, A-Wing, Sakinaka Safed Pool, Andheri Kurla Road, Mumbai-400072, India.
It served as the foundation of our operations. From this compact space, we coordinated recruitment, training, and deployment for clients across the Middle East.
2022 - Global Expansion
- Opened a regional office in Dubai (UAE)in 2022, and set up satellite offices across PAN India.
- Marked our entry into Europe, Russia, Central Asia and South Asia, further strengthening our international recruitment and deployment capabilities.
2009 – Till Date
Achieved consistent growth with over 30,000 candidates successfully placed across the Oil & Gas, Civil & MEP, Facility Management, Hospitality, and Healthcare sectors.
Expansion Across Borders
We began our international journey with successful placements in the Gulf region, starting with:
